Sagging Floor Repairs

I had some PICRA items that needed to be completed by a licensed contractor in a short timeframe when selling my home. I probably inquired with 10+ companies, and Anthony with ABC Service Company returned my call promptly, came out on a Saturday to evaluate the issues, and was quickly able to fit me in to accommodate our timeline. I greatly appreciated Anthony's approach to evaluating the issues before providing the quote. He even took the time to call the inspector for clarification on some of the repairs. He was able to replace some wood rotted trim and coordinated with an electrician to come help with some electrical work. Overall, the open communication and integrity in his work is why I will gladly refer Anthony & ABC Service Company to friends and family.

I called ABC service company because of my concern of having potential structural issues caused by evidence of Post Beetles. Anthony came and examined my home, looking for any issues that need to be addressed and wrote a report of his findings. We had a serious foundation issue with cracks and water getting into our home, and ABC Service Company did an outstanding job fixing it. They removed the tree causing the damage, repaired the foundation, and installed proper drainage to prevent future problems. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Anthony for contractor work as I was selling my home. He made it super easy and he was extremely knowledgeable. I sent him the PICRA and he came to the house for an initial inspection the very next day. He recommended what work needed to be done and was able to send me an invoice request the very same day. He knocked out a foundation repair, plumbing, and some general handyman work that completed everything I needed in order to sell my house. All the work was completed in a very timely manner in less than a week and the pricing was very fair, transparent and honest. I highly recommend him and would rely on his company for future repairs!

ABC Service Company put in new ceilings in five rooms of our old house. Mike, Anthony and crew painted, added/replaced trim, cleaned up, and put everything back where it was before they started. The team at ABC were unlike any other contractor we have worked with. They designed and completed multiple projects at vacation homes we own in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. Anthony Collins with ABC Service Company (contractor) came to my house to give me a quote on a job. When ask him would he do me a favor? He had no problem him and his partner Eric and doing something that I thought would take a minute ended up taking an hour or so the Lord sends you good people when you’re a good person and sometimes sends you good people so you can be a good person and that’s what happened here. Do not doubt if they ever come to your house that they’re not good people because they are and their work is excellent. Hired abc service company to replace subflooring in the kitchen and cabinets and to add an additional utility room and half bath. They were very easy to work with, I told them my ideas and they gave suggestions when asked. They were also able to accommodate a lot of changes throughout the process. They did a great job on everything that I requested and i was very impressed with the end product. The price was reasonable and i will definitely be working with them again.

Anthony came out and diagnosed our foundation issues and gave us honest and transparent education and a fair, no pressure quote. Highly recommend!
